The BeNurtured Summer Tournament is more than a standalone event—it’s the first step in the BeNurtured athlete pathway. Athletes who demonstrate exceptional skill, character, leadership, and coachability may be selected for the BeNurtured Invitational Classic this December. This pathway provides continued opportunities to compete, grow, and represent BeNurtured Athletics throughout the year.

To ensure a competitive and enjoyable tournament, athletes are not required to register as teams. Instead, every registered athlete will participate in a player evaluation. Using these evaluations, our team will create balanced teams based on:

Who can register?
Basketball players between the ages of 14 and 17.
Are spots guaranteed?
No. Participation is limited to 80 athletes, 40males, 40 females and registration will close once all available spots have been filled.
How are teams selected?
Athletes are evaluated before the tournament and assigned to balanced teams by the tournament staff.
Can I register with my friends?
You are welcome to register individually, but team assignments are based on the player evaluation process to ensure fair and competitive games.
What does my registration fee include?
The fee covers your customized jersey, warm-up top, Media Day, tournament participation, professional photography, eligibility for awards, and the complete BeNurtured athlete experience.
Can parents attend?
Absolutely. Parents, family members, and supporters are encouraged to attend and cheer on the athletes throughout the tournament.
